Onthou, wanneer ons die vergelyking van 'n sirkel wil uitwerk en ons twee goed nodig: die middelpunt en die radius. Hierdie twee waardes vervang ons dan in die algemene vergelyking in om die spesifieke vergelyking van ons spesifieke sirkel te kry.

Ek verkies om nie die middelpunt in my bewerking te gebruik nie - vir ingeval ek dalk 'n fout gemaak het, daarom werk ek eers die deursnee uit en deel dit dan met 2 om die radius te kry.

Nou vervang ons als in die algemene vergelyking in:
